Spicy PecansRecipe from: Carolyn KesslerBeat an egg white until foamy. Pour in 10-16 oz of pecans and coat with 1/2 cup sugar, 2-3 tsp cinnamon and a dash of salt. Stir until the nuts are well coated. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 250o turning often until crisp (about 35 minutes or so). |
