Fudge (microwave version)Recipe from: Gerald Liedl
Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch glass dish. Blend in sugar and evaporated milk. Heat (1000 watts microwave) for 8 minutes - stirring every couple of minutes. At the end it should be at the soft ball stage. Blend in unsweetened chocolate, chocolate chips, marshmallow creme. Add brandy and nuts. Smooth in pan and cool. |
