Fudge (microwave version)

2 cups sugar

1 can 5.3 oz evaporated milk

1/2 cup butter

2 oz (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate

12 oz package of semisweet chocolate

7 oz marshmallow creme

1 tsp brandy or vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch glass dish.  Blend in sugar and evaporated milk. 

Heat (1000 watts microwave) for 8 minutes - stirring every couple of minutes.  At the end it should be at the soft ball stage.

Blend in unsweetened chocolate, chocolate chips, marshmallow creme.  Add brandy and nuts.  Smooth in pan and cool.
