Fudge (stove version)

4 cups sugar

2 small 2/3 cup each evaporated milk

1 stick margarine

a pinch of salt

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.  Boil for 8 minutes.  Remove from heat and add the following:

1 pt marshmallow cream

12 oz chocolate chips

3 squares unsweetened chocolate (1 oz each)

Beat until free of lumps.  Add 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp brandy and 1/2 - 1 cup of chopped nuts

Pour into 2 greased 8x8x2 inch pans or 1 greased 10x15x1 inch pan.
