Year 2001, the True Start of the New Millennium This year started with a whole set of new opportunities and/or a revisit of old treks with the new approach of 'retardment'. It is relaxed and enjoyable so here we go. We start with both Jerry and Carol spending time at Calloway, a chance for Carol to share her experiences in the needlearts with Jerry. February found us partaking of the annual excursion of some Carriage Park folk to Myrtle Beach. Spring arrived in the mountains with beautiful 'Spring Flowers' on March 20th. In August, we made the "Grand Tour". The tour starts by helping move Barb to West Virginia and than moving north to see the grandchildren. since we were on the move we visited people along the route as shown on the Grand Tour page.
